This is the third phase of my Embrace Your Essential Self Coaching program in my eight-week home study format. This third phase, EXPANSION, is designed to help you BECOME your Essential Self in the world, manifest your intentions, and develop your intuition.

This eight-week home study program covers Phase III (Expansion) of my Embrace Your Essential Self coaching program.

In this phase we will focus on:

• Developing your intuitive nature and your sensitivity, including:
  • Learning to listen to the voice of your Essential Self and your intuition
  • Understanding your energetic anatomy
  • Studying advanced energy skills
  • Learning to use intuitive decision-making tools
  • Learning your intuitive languages
  • Creating sacred space and higher states of consciousness
  • Crafting a lifestyle that's compatible with your sensitivity
    
    
• Divining a clear sense of direction in alignment with your Essential Self, including:
  • Discovering how you are being called to serve
  • Identifying the next major steps in your life and becoming your Essential Self
  • Clarifying and manifesting your intentions
  • Taking the inspired actions required to accomplish your visions
  • Clearing your obstacles
  • Using seven powerful tools to support your Expansion

Phase III: Expansion

So what does Phase III include? Just like in the first phase and second phases, Phase III includes all the materials, techniques, exercises, and resources I use with my one-on-one clients, now available in a digital, online, home-study format.

Please note that completing Phase I and Phase II is STRONGLY recommended as a pre-requisite for Phase III (either in the Home-Study Format or as one-on-one coaching). You can always enroll in the Solo Edition if you've missed the most recent Phase I and II.

Here's what you'll receive:

Just like in the earlier phases, the core of Phase III includes seven weekly lessons delivered by email, including PDF workbooks for each week. The assignments in Phase III focus on helping you become your Essential Self and develop your intuition, primarily by using seven "Power Tools" for personal growth and expansion.

These lessons are organized around the seven power tools, and include:

• Intuition
• Attention
• Direction
• Intention
• Vision
• Action
• Manifestation

These are the same assignments -- although as with Phase II, I've updated, revised, tweaked and improved them just in time for this release of Phase III -- that I've time-tested with my private, one-on-one clients, and you'll have the opportunity to work through them with me and other sensitive souls.

All these materials will be yours, permanently, as part of your investment in the program. The lessons will be delivered on Fridays, so you'll have the weekend to work on them. You can see an overview of the schedule, below.

To augment the energy skills you learned in Phase II, in Phase III you'll have access to another previously recorded Energy Skills Class for Sensitive Souls: my Advanced Energy Skills class. This class will give you an important foundation for working with your intuition. You'll learn how to clear your chakras to hone your attention and how to create a sacred space for your intuitive and creative work.

You'll be able to listen to this class on your computer speakers using online playback controls or by downloading them onto your iPod or MP3 player, just like the others.

Over the course of the program, you'll attend THREE 60-minute Question & Answer TeleConferences, spaced throughout the course of the eight weeks. This way you'll be able to interact directly with me and ask questions about your work. You'll learn from hearing other like-minded souls being coached too! All the TeleConferences are recorded so you even if you miss them you can access them later by phone or online.

Even if you don't have specific questions before you call in to the TeleConferences, you'll benefit by hearing from the experiences and "Ah-ha" moments of the other sensitive souls on the calls.

You'll be able to check out the schedule for the TeleConferences below.

As you know, my schedule is maxed out for one-on-one consultations, even at my rate of almost $200.00 an hour. But I'm setting aside these three sessions over the course of the program so YOU can call in for some quick, private, one-on-one laser coaching with me.

Your job will be to call in with a clear and focused question so we can get right to the heart of what's going on for you. I'll be limiting each laser coaching call to about 10 minutes per participant.

Even if you can't attend the TeleConferences because you're busy or the times don't work for you, I've arranged to record ALL the TeleConferences so you can listen in later. That way, you won't have to worry if you have a schedule conflict, or if you're behind on your assignments, because you can always listen in later on. The TeleConferences will be permanently available to you, so you can listen to them as many times as you want to.

The TeleConference recordings will be posted on the website within 24-hours of the call. You'll be able to listen to them on your computer speakers using online playback controls, by downloading them onto your iPod or MP3 player.

The TeleConferences recordings are ALSO temporarily available to listen to by calling in to a special playback telephone line (the phone recordings are only available until the next TeleConference is recorded over it, but the online recordings are always available).

You'll also have access to a private, participants-only area on my Discussion Board where you can ask questions of me and other participants. I'll be monitoring the board and providing feedback and help where I can.

This is a great way to get support from other people both working on the same material AND who face similar challenges in our not-so-sensitive world. Being a part of a group who really "gets" you is incredibly healing and nurturing.

The Phase III discussion board will be separate from the Phase I and II boards.

Do I have to complete Phase I and II before going on to Phase III?
Many people want to go on to Phase III without first completing Phase I and Phase II. In Phase I we work on building your foundation -- or your understanding who you are at an essential level. In Phase II you learn how to strengthen your energetic protection and to care for your sensitive nervous system.

It's my experience that getting these elements firmly in place are what truly allow us to fully become our Essential Selves in the world.

What if I fall behind on the assignments? How will the TeleConference calls work for me?
I invite you always to work at your own pace. While attending the TeleConferences when you aren't up to speed with the rest of the group may seem a bit confusing, you'll benefit simply by being in the energy of like-minded souls. And once you catch up, you can always listen to a recording of the TeleConference again, which will then add further clarity to your process.

What if I need extra help?
I am available on a very limited basis for stand-alone consultation sessions. My fees for stand-alone consultations are $100 for 30-minute sessions and $150 for 45-minute sessions. I would be glad to give you a "jump start" to get you going again on your home study process if you find that you have fallen behind or want to return to the material after taking a break.

What do Phase I and Phase II include?

Phase I: Essence - Reclaiming Your Essential Self, focuses on helping you connect with the deepest essence of who you really are, including your unique formula for what makes you feel fulfilled and satisfied, your life purpose, which what you are here to do in this lifetime, your true power, your passions, and your innate talents. Phase I also includes sensitivity- and self-acceptance work.

Phase II: Enhancement - Supporting Your Essential Self, covers basic self care, basic energy skills, protection & boundary skills, overstimulation management skills, and the creation of inner, social, and outer sanctuaries.

When is the next...

Phase I?
The next Phase I is being offered concurrently with Phase III, starting in September 2008. A solo study version of the program is also available.

Phase II?
I have not yet set the schedule for the next Phase II, but it will likely be available starting in January 2009. A solo study version of the program is available now, however.

Phase III?
I plan to offer Phase III in September 2008. A solo study version of Phase III will be made available at that time.
