When is Jenna coming to my area? Distance is not an object with Jenna... She does almost all of her work by phone! So if you'd like to join her for a TeleClass or request a consultation to talk about coaching, please do so. The phone is a actually a great way for sensitives souls to connect -- we each get to be in our own comfy environments and reach out to the rest of the world.
How much are Jenna's fees? Jenna offers a range of coaching options, including one-on-one coaching and mentoring, group coaching, stand-alone 45-minute and 30-minute telephone or e-mail consultations, TeleClasses, and free quarterly TeleGatherings. Jenna finds it most effective to talk with each client individually and come up with a strategy that works for each client's budget and needs at an initial complimentary consultation session.
What do I do if I can't afford the long distance phone charges? In the United States, using a pre-paid phone card, such as one you can buy at Target or Costco or online at www.onesuite.com (2.5 to 2.9 cents per minute) can significantly reduce costs. Another option is to use 10-10-987, which costs 3 cents per minute with a 46 cent connection fee. (Please confirm current rates and charges.)
In Australia, you can buy a Gotalk Cardcall card from a news agency or cell phone shop. When you buy a $30 AUD card, you get 10% free talk time, which works out to 3.9 AUD cents per minute.
Jenna does not have Skype and has no current plans to offer Internet phone access.

About High Sensitivity
How can I find out if I am really highly sensitive?
Can high sensitivity be a result of traumatic experiences in the past? ~Sensitivity can be the result of trauma, but is usually inherited. Check out Elaine Aron's book, The Highly Sensitive Person, for more.
If too much sensory stimulation is so bad for me, why do I seem to crave it so much……coffee, chocolate….too much activity one day, need huge time spans to recover over the next week but go back to same cycle? ~It's addictive! It's no fun to "come down" so it seems easier to stay "revved up."
