I highly recommend full spectrum light for those Sensitive Souls who are emotionally affected by limited daylight, such as during winter or foggy times of year. I personally wake-up depressed on foggy San Francisco days, but feel much better using full spectrum light. Full Spectrum Light Bulbs - These light bulbs are a real life saver! I don't recommend putting them at your bedside, however, because they may interfere with your ability to fall asleep. The link connects you to Gaiam.com. The brand I use is Verilux.
Apollo Health My Go Lite P1 - This is a very small and convenient blue wave light, which is used to correct Seasonal Affective Disorder or Circadian Amplitude Disorders.
