As sensitive souls, because we have a tendency toward overstimulation and picking up psychic energy from our environemnts and the people around us, we often have trouble sleeping.
Generally speaking, I use my energy skills to ground myself and clear my energy field and my bed to help me fall asleep. Usually that works quite well for m. But I also find that if I'm having trouble falling asleep, using guided relaxation or brainwave entrainment audio recordings is particularly helpful.
I also have had great results with homeopathic sleep aids. In particular, I like Calms Forte from Hyland's. I prefer to use homeopathic remedies over allopathic/conventional medication whenever possible, and find this one works very well.
There's another homeopathic sleep remedy available from Heel called Neurexan that I've found to be particularly effective.
I also love a new product called Rescue Sleep from Bach Flower. It's Rescue Remedy plus White Chestnut, which calms repetitive thoughts.
